How to distribute your music

Five steps

Create your account & verify
Sign up and complete a one-time identity verification through Stripe. This keeps the platform free of fraud and ties every release to a verified person. The verification fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Upload your track & artwork
Add your audio, cover art and release details — title, artist name, genre and release date. Motiva Groove does not take ownership of your masters or publishing rights.

Review & accept the agreement
Confirm your metadata and accept the Artist Distribution Agreement electronically. You can download a copy for your records before you sign.

We deliver worldwide
Your release is sent to 100+ platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer and TikTok. Most releases go live within 24–48 hours, subject to each platform's review.

Track earnings & get paid
Statements are prepared on a monthly cycle, subject to the corresponding DSP and store reports being received and processed. You keep 80% of Net Receipts, paid within 10 business days after the corresponding funds reach Motiva Groove — from €1 via PayPal or €100 via bank transfer, once verification and payout details are complete.

Two ways to work with us

Managed, or self-service

Motiva Groove is a full distribution platform, not just an upload service. You choose whether we run the release for you or you manage it yourself — the same network, the same terms either way.

Managed distribution

You send us your release materials and we handle the process for you — upload, metadata preparation, delivery and the operational side of distribution.

Self-service distribution

You create your own account and manage releases directly through the platform — upload, metadata, catalogue and earnings, all in your hands. We're here if you need the technical side.

Either way, you're paid as a share of what the stores send us — so what you take home moves with your release, not a flat fee. Standard terms are 80% to you and 20% to Motiva Groove of Net Receipts, for artists and labels alike. Managed distribution is service assistance, not a different split.
