Adding a New Release - A Step-by-Step Guide

Adding a new release to our platform is the first step in your distribution process. This comprehensive guide will walk you through the entire process, ensuring a smooth and successful release.

1. Navigate to RELEASES Module

To initiate the process, head to the RELEASES module within the platform. Here, you'll find all the tools you need to add and manage your releases.

2. Click on ADD NEW RELEASE

Within the RELEASES module, click on the prominent "ADD NEW RELEASE" button. This action signals the beginning of the release creation process.

3. Release Metadata: Accurate Presentation

Enter the RELEASE METADATA section and accurately provide all necessary information regarding the release. This includes details about the artists, cover, audio files, and more. Follow the platform's guidelines diligently to ensure completeness.

4. Save & Continue

After completing the RELEASE METADATA, click on "SAVE & CONTINUE." This action transitions you to the TRACKS METADATA section, where you'll repeat the process for individual tracks. Ensure adherence to all guidelines provided by the platform.

5. Distribute Your Release

Once both RELEASE METADATA and TRACKS METADATA are accurately filled, head back to RELEASES and click on "ACTION" next to the release. Now, select "DISTRIBUTE" to initiate the distribution process.

6. Quality Control Check

Your release will undergo a QUALITY CONTROL check. If it passes, it moves to "Waiting Approval." Your work here is complete. If not, it goes "OFFLINE," and you'll need to correct any mistakes made during the release addition process.
